Building description

The project refers to industry history of Przedmiescie Olawskie and Krakowska Street. Steel, clinker bricks, big divided windows will give the elevation a unique style. Carefully arranged setting and overnight backlight of building's facade are its two significant elements. Low surrounding buildings will provide an optimal access to the daily light and will help Krakowska 29 to stand out from neighbouring properties. Big pressure was put not only to the unique character and careful arrangement, but also to efficient interior development, that will enable diverse interior design of offices. The other important element was the usage of high quality materials and ecological technologies, that largely will help to decrease operating costs. The office building will offer a wide range of modern solutions: high-class ICTs network, access control system, or monitoring.
