Hotel Europejski building was built in the middle of 19th century and now additional storeys are added to it. Two additional storeys will offer over 7,000 sq m of a modern, class A+ office space. 3-storey parking will be avaliable for the tenants. The offices will be equipped with: air conditioning, raised floors and openable windows. The building was one of the most modern hotels in Europe and during the Interwar period it was considered to be one of the most luxurious hotels in Poland.
