Building description
Błękitny Wieżowiec (also known as the Blue Tower) is a 27-storey tower located on Bankowy Square in Warsaw. It is one of the oldest high-rise buildings in the capital – at least if we take into account the inauguration of construction. The Blue Skyscraper was completed in 1991, but the work continued intermittently from 1965. Before World War II, the Place of the Blue Tower was the Great Synagogue.
Currently, Blue Tower offers attractive offices for rent with a total leasable area of over 22,000 m2. The construction of the building allows for flexible arrangement of office space in order to adapt it to the needs of an individual tenant – both divided into rooms and in the open space system. The Blue Skyscraper is the tallest building in the vicinity of Bankowy Square, and its characteristic glazed façade of a blue shade allows for its unambiguous identification. Additional amenities are located in the building: bank, kiosk, salad bar and shops.

The Blue Skyscraper is located at Bankowy Square, next to the intersection of Marszałkowska Street and Solidarności Avenue. In the near distance from the building there are: the Old Town, Theatre Square and the Saski Park. The location provides excellent access to public transport. Nearby is the metro station M1 Ratusz Arsenal, numerous tram and bus lines, as well as bicycle paths. In addition, the area abounds in numerous shops, service points and restaurants, where you can have lunch or make an appointment for a business meeting.
