K2 Office building is a modern investment being constructed at 2, Kielecka Street in Gdynia. The K2 office will have six floors, offering 11400 square meters, which will demonstrate a high standard thanks to its modern design, solutions that are conducive to a healthy working environment, and a reference to the architectural tradition of modernism. The façade of the building will consist of two white, rounded profiles intended to imitate sails. The building will be applying for the LEED Platinum certificate.
The K2 office building is being constructed at the intersection of Kielecka and Śląska Streets, one of the main streets in Gdynia. Right next to the building there is a station of the Fast Urban Railway, a bus terminus, and the Riviera shopping center. Moreover, the Tri-City ring road is only a 5-minute drive from K2 and the Lech Walesa airport is 25 minutes away. Gdynia City Hall and Świętojańska Street are also nearby.
