K2 office building has successfully passed the certification process and obtained LEED certification at the Platinum level. The building has thus joined the ranks of the most sustainable buildings in Poland. The building is particularly distinguished by its high energy efficiency and efficient heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
K2 offers more than 11,000 sqm of A-class office space. In addition, there are 136 parking spaces at the tenants' disposal, as well as facilities for cyclists such as changing rooms and parking spaces.
