The K2 office building on Kieliecka Street in Gdynia received a use permit. The building has six floors and provides over 11,000 sqm of office space. The shape of the office building resembles the letter "H", which ensures proper daylight of the interior from all sides. It is worth mentioning that the building meets the requirements for LEED environmental certification.
Future tenants of the K2 office building will have many amenities at their disposal, among others, parking spaces for bicycles and changing rooms. Additionally, the lobby of the office building will serve as a space for business and social meetings.
