The V.Office name reflects the shape of the building, resembling the letter "V". It is also a reference to the main premise of the investment, which from the very beginning puts on being "very" in every way: location, space flexibility or ecological solutions.
Handover of the building took place in February 2019. The total leasable area is 24,700 sq.m. The building has six floors above ground and two underground floors with 407 parking places. On the ground floor there is 3 000 sq.m. of commercial space. V. Office has been awarded "Outstanding" BREAAM certification at the design stage. The score of 90.57% is the highest rating in Poland.
