Emerging at 29 Listopada Avenue in Kraków office building V.Offices has been awarded as the ecological building in East-Central Europe in the BREEAM Awards 2018 contest. This is not first such distinction given to this building - at the design stage it has received the BREAAM certificate on the level "Outstanding", with the highest score of 90.57% in both Poland and East-Central Europe.
V.Offices is an office project, which will offer 24,700 sqm of total space for lease. Its commission is planned for the end of this year.
