A symbolic topping out has been hung on the 55-meter building belonging to the Nowy Rynek office complex in Poznań. This means that the office building has reached its target height of 13 storeys and construction works have been completed at this stage.
Building D will provide almost 36,000 sq m of modern office space. It will provide 261 parking spaces in a 2-storey underground parking. The office building will be finished in accordance with the highest standards, ensuring a comfortable and safe working environment that will be confirmed by two green building certificates (LEED and WELL), for which the developer is currently applying. Additionally, the office building as well as other buildings belonging to the complex will be fully adapted for the disabled.
The completion of construction works is planned for June 2021.
