Another, already the fourth building of the Poznań investment Nowy Rynek has been completed. Part D has obtained an occupancy permit, thus allowing tenants to move into modern office space with a total area of approximately 39 thousand sqm.
This is the only building in the Wielkopolska Voidevodeship constructed in accordance with the guidelines of WELL Core&Shell certification, which focuses on work comfort and safety. The object will also apply for the WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate, ensuring a safe return to offices, and Barrier Free Building, guaranteeing full accessibility for the people with disabilities. The complex will feature an air-purifying green concrete walkway with an area of approx. 4,000 sqm.
