A complex of five office and retail buildings will rise on 3.2 ha of the old PKS station in Poznań, on the crossroad of Matyi and Wierzbięcice Streets. It is the new project of the Swedish developer Skanska.
The concept of Nowy Rynek has come to life as a result of cooperation between the developer and the workshop Jems Architekci. Currently work on the final architectural draft is ongoing. Apart from office blocks, a square between the buildings, available to all, is to arise within the investment. This way, Nowy Rynek is to become the landmark of Poznań - being a comfortable business meeting spot by day and the venue for cultural and social events after hours. The construction will begin this year.
