The Warsaw office building, Studio B, has been sold. Since the beginning of the project, the building has enjoyed exceptional popularity. The office space of the building, totaling approximately 16,400 sqm, was fully leased even before obtaining the occupancy permit. The second office building in the complex, Studio A, is currently under construction.
As part of the investment, a sustainable space adapted to various forms of work has been created. Users of Studio B have access to terraces with relaxation and recreation areas. The Studio complex is being developed in an attractive location in Warsaw, between two metro stations - Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego. As a result, current and future users of the complex have convenient access to public transportation and are surrounded by numerous commercial and service points.
