Located between the Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations, the Studio A project - the tower section of the Studio office complex - has reached a height of nine storeys. The project is scheduled for completion in the 4Q of 2025. Construction of the Studio complex began in August 2021 and the first phase, Studio B, was completed in November 2023.
With a height of 105 metres, Studio A offers 26 600 sqm of usable space, spread over 27 floors above ground and four underground levels. Those arriving at the building will be greeted in a lobby decorated in a distinctive Scandinavian style. The building provides 150 parking spaces for bicycles and 203 parking spaces for cars. In addition, the project includes the creation of a green plaza with rain gardens, creating a community space.
