Complex of two office buildings called Studio is under construction on Prosta Street in Warsaw. Construction work on the second stage of the project has been completed, which means that Building B has reached its target height of 55 meters.
The investment will include sustainable space suitable for various forms of work. The Studio's users will have terraces with relaxation and recreation functions at their disposal, moreover a green open square with small architecture will be created.
The project will use humidifiers, air conditioning based on chilled beams and innovative LED lighting with a daylight control system. In addition, the building will use so-called gray water, which is not suitable for consumption, but can be used, for example for flushing toilets.
The Studio complex is being built in an attractive location in Warsaw, between two subway stations - Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego. The planned completion date for Studio B has been set for the end of August 2023. The office building will provide 16,400 sqm of modern office space.
