Warsaw's Skyliner II office building has received a BREEAM certificate, which confirms that the building meets high standards of sustainable construction. The score is a very high 91.9%.
The BREEAM certificate is important for both the environment and users, as it confirms the meeting of criteria of the ESG strategy.
Skyliner II is located next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego, with a height of 130 meters. It offers office and retail space, in addition it has terraces and gardens of nearly 1,000 sqm.
