The foundation phase of Skyliner II has been completed. The work on the underground part of Skyliner II required about 40 workers. Due to the limited space of the construction site and the proximity of the high-rise buildings at Rondo Daszyńskiego, special tower cranes with a tilting jib were used, which made it possible to work safely in the limited space.
The next stage will be the construction of the ground floor, followed by the construction of a common podium of approximately 4,500 sqm, which will connect Skyliner II to the first building Skyliner. The next phase will include the construction of a 28-storey office building. The 130-metre Skyliner II tower is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.
