A building permit has been granted for the 130-meter Skyliner II located just off the Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw's Wola district. Its construction is expected to start this fall.
The top floors of the office building will feature green terraces with a total area of about 900 sqm, of which a mini amphitheatre with a stage and event space has been designed on the top level. As a modern and sustainable project, Skyliner II will fit in with the latest ESG trends. The buildings in the complex are to complement each other architecturally, creating a cohesive whole.
The tower will provide 23,000 sqm of modern office space spread over 28 floors. The retail premises will occupy nearly 1,000 sqm. The office buildings in the Skyliner complex will be connected by a common podium and together will provide 73,000 sqm of leasable space. A 5-story underground parking garage for more than 200 cars is also planned. Skyliner II will apply for BREEAM certification at the Outstanding level and plans call for the office building to be powered by renewable energy sources.
