The Quorum D, the first constructed building of the Quorum complex, has received the occupancy permit. The six-storey building offers more than 16,200 sqm of class A office space and 1,000 sqm of retail and service units in an attractive location in Wrocław's Old Town.
In addition, the building has a car park with 220 spaces and green areas intended for relaxation. The Quorum D has achieved BREEAM certification at Excellent level and will soon be subject to WELL Health-Safety Rating certification.
