Construction site works have started on the first stage of the mixed-use Quorum project. The site is being secured for the excavation progress.
The construction of building D, which is the first phase of the Quorum complex, is scheduled for next year. Building D will represent the revitalization of the existing historic building with a modern shape.
The property will offer its future tenants over 16,000 sq m. A-class office space for rent, as well as numerous amenities such as a large parking lot or a green patio, where tenants and guests will be able to relax or conduct a semi-formal meeting.
