On the banks of the Oder River in Wrocław's Szczepno district, the largest mixed-use project in the city – Quorum - is under construction. The next building in the complex has reached its target height and is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
Quorum A will provide more than 18,000 sqm of modern office space on 12 floors above ground and 340 sqm of commercial units. Two terraces will be created on the fourth and eighth floors with a total area of more than 1,000 sqm. Work is currently underway on the building's facades.
Quorum is one of the most anticipated investments in Wrocław. The complex will consist of five buildings with different functions - office, service and residential. On the fourth floor, which will be the podium of the entire complex, will be created a common green terrace accessible to all visitors. The complex will be provided approximately 1,500 car spaces. As part of the development, riverfront boulevards with a promenade will be created as a recreational zone. There will be restaurants and cafés with gardens and a view of the Odra River.
The first building of the complex, Quorum D, was completed in October 2022. The office building offers more than 16,200 sqm of class A office space on six floors above ground and approximately 1,000 sqm of service areas. Quorum D has been awarded BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.
