Preparations to begin phase one of the second stage of Gdynia Waterfront are in progress. Investor of the project hopes to start the construction works at Waszyngtona Street in Q4 of 2018 but first they need to dismantle Gemini, an entertainment park which currently occupies the plot in question.
Total area of the complex, which is to link various functions such as residential, retail, hotel and public facilities, will stand at approx. 75,000 sq m. The project also includes construction of an office building, Gdynia Waterfront Office II with approx. 16,000 sq m of rentable office space.
The complex was designed by JEMS Architekci. Once the architectural concept and documentation are finalised, the developer plans to submit them together with the construction permit request.
