Second phase of Gdynia Waterfront office complex has just received building permit. The beginning of the construction works is planned for Spring 2020. Property developer starts the procedure of choosing the general contractor.
Waterfront complex is located between Waszyngtona, Hryniewicza and Jana Pawła II Streets. First phase, which was put into service in 2015, consists of office and hotel building. Second phase will deliver 80,000 sqm of residential-office-retail space. In the first place residential and office building will be built, then retail, hotel and entertainment space. The closest neighbourhood is sourrounded by a lot of greenery.
