Skanska Property Poland has decided to start the construction of the second phase within the Green Horizon office complex. The first phase, whose construction began in the second quarter of last year, is leased in nearly 100% by the Infosys BPO Poland. The second phase will provide about 14 000 sqm of office space for lease. The completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2013.
