Green Horizon office building – the project of Skanska Property Poland was awarded LEED pre-certification. This ecological investment will be composed of two seven-storey buildings totaling about 33 000 sqm of rentable office space.
The construction of the first phase (19 000 sqm of rentable area) began in the second quarter of 2011. Completion of first phase office is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2012.
