The first phase of Green Horizon office building located at Pomorska street in Lodz will be officially open in December. Green Horizon office complex consists of two buildings with a total rentable space of approximately 30 000 square meters. Construction of the first phase is completed, and the office building is almost leased-out. The main tenant is Infosys BPO Poland - the company well known on the modern services for business sector. Construction of the Green Horizon second phase is likely to be completed in the second quarter of the next year. Green Horizon is the first office building in Lodz, which was awarded LEED precertification on Gold level. Skanska SA is an investor and a general contractor of the investment.
