Construction works at ArtNorblin are planned to start in Q2 2015. Revitalization of old Norblin factory will deliver approx. 60,000 sq m of modern space. Apart from retail, service and cultural space ArtNorblin, will offer over 39,000 sq m of modern office space for rent.
