ArtNorblin office building has obtained a BREEAM Certificate, level very good.
ArtNorblin office-retail complex will errect after revitalization of old Norblin Factory. The buildings will offer future tenants approx. 40,000 sq m of high class office space for rent.
Construction works are planned to be finished in 2017.
