WARSAW, 5 September 2016 – Advisory firm JLL has been selected as Property Manager for the Wołoska 24 office building in Warsaw. The firm’s responsibilities include maintaining the best relations with tenants and the complex operational, technical and financial management of the property. Ghelamco is the project’s investor and developer.

Wołoska 24 offers approx. 21,000 sq m of office space along with approx. 800 sq m of space for retail and services. The building is located in the centre of Mokotów district, on Wołoska 24 Street. It is just a 15-minute-drive from Warsaw city centre, 10 minutes from Chopin International Airport, and is well-served by buses and trams. Furthermore, its proximity to Galeria Mokotów, with its extensive proposition of retail, services and entertainment, is another advantage.
The building was delivered to market in Q2 2016. It was designed and completed in accordance with the principles of sustainable building, which is confirmed by its BREEAM Excellent certification obtained in 2016.
