Agata Janda

Head of Hotel Advisory

Agata lived and worked in London for over 10 years, where she was responsible for providing hotel advisory. Two years ago she returned to Poland and now runs the hotel department at JLL. She loves snowboarding and would give up almost anything for it. While in London, she learned how to make Christmas Pudding but her Polish family doesn’t quite enjoy it. They prefer a traditional Polish fruit cake. Besides the very much appreciated presents from London, Christmas at Agata’s house is always quintessentially Polish.

Anna Młyniec

Head of Office Agency and Tenant Representation

Anna studied at the Warsaw University of Technology and has worked in real estate all her life. She has been working for JLL for 20 years and currently manages a team of experts in office space leasing and is a member of the company's Management Board. Anna is an avid reader but spends almost all her free time close to water. In her private life, she is the mother of two boys. She dives and is interested in underwater photography. Alas, she has no showpiece dish for Christmas Eve, because she can even burn water.

Karol Patynowski

Director of Regional Markets

Karol has 12 years' experience in the office real estate industry. At JLL, he currently deals with regional markets. In his private life, he is the father of Zuza and a big fan of concert music as well as... singing. In the company’s open space, he most often hums “The ball on Gnojna” by Stanisław Grzesiuk and songs by KULT. He loves travelling, mountain hiking and sailing. Karol's Christmas Eve “dish” includes blades of grass placed under the tablecloth ;).

Dorota Gruchała

Head of Kraków Office

Dorota is the head of the JLL branch in Kraków, but also advises clients interested in locating their offices in Katowice. She is half Silesian, half Krakowian. Outside of work, she is the mother of 3-year-old Rysiek, who run with his mother to the kindergarten every day. Dorota is fascinated with traveling off the beaten track, so she will leave sightseeing Europe for her retirement. She loves the theatre and her sewing machine as well as hiking in the mountains. Dorota's Christmas Eve table will always have mushroom soup with łazanki.

Tomasz Czuba

Head of Office Leasing

For 10 years Tomasz has successfully represented JLL's strategic clients on the office real estate market. He is a collector of vintage cars and an enthusiast of race track competitions. Tomasz is the father of two boys with whom he loves to travel around the world. He cannot imagine Christmas Eve without dried fruit compote.

Robert Sztemberg

Business Development Director at Capital Markets Department

Robert has 20 years' experience in investment transactions in the real estate and financial markets sector. He liked working for JLL so much the first time around that he decided to return to the company, to the delight of the entire team. He loves regattas, sings shanties, and needs no persuasion to “hit” the beaches in Mrągowo and German Konstanz, where he comes from. In his private life, he is the father of two, 18-year-old Alex and 21-year-old Elena. During Christmas Eve, he looks for trout as he is not a big fan of carp.

Kazimierz Kirejczyk

Vice President of the Management Board

Kazimierz Kirejczyk can say with the utmost confidence that he co-created the foundations of the modern residential market in Poland. He has been inseparably connected with this sector for over 20 years - first as the co-founder and president of REAS, and now as the Vice-President of the Management Board at JLL. During his free time, he likes to cook for his family, which is a challenge as he can have all of his 21 children and grandchildren gathered around his table . His signature Christmas Eve dish is trout in caper and lemon sauce, which he learned how to do from the great Kurt Scheller himself.

Paweł Warda

Head of Project and Development Services CEE

Paweł and his 40-person team provide construction consultancy and project management services for investors, tenants and financing institutions throughout the CEE region. He is a construction engineer and a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. Away from work, he plays the electric guitar and records his songs in his own mini studio at home. Paweł feels the need for speed - he has skied in the past and also likes windsurfing. Above all, however, he is the father of three children: Filip, Tymek and the youngest, two-year-old Karolina. His favourite Christmas Eve dish is dumplings made by his Aunt Zosia - as it has been for the last 40 years.

Sławomir Jędrzejewski

Senior Director, Office and Industrial Investment

For 12 years Sławomir has been involved in the buying and selling of office and warehouse properties for JLL. In the opinion of his colleagues, he has a legendary sense of humor, and likes to play jokes on his co-workers. Privately, he is the father of Alicja and Mikołaj. In his spare time he plays basketball and has passes on his love for comic books to his children. His favourite Christmas Eve dish is the dessert, in any given form!

Małgorzata Żółtowska

Chief Operating Officer, Head of Valuations CEE

Małgorzata created from scratch a 40-person team dealing with real estate valuation in both Poland and the CEE region. She also serves as the Vice President on JLL's Management Board. She supports women in business and acts as a mentor. Małgorzata devotes her private time mainly to her 6-year-old son Julek. Furthermore, she also exercises yoga with the utmost dedication and likes to dabble in fashion. Her favourite TV series is "The Crown". At home, she celebrates the Polish tradition of spending Christmas holidays with her family, preparing Kutia together with her mother, and looking for the first star with her son.

Anna Bartoszewicz-Wnuk

Head of Workplace Advisory

At JLL, Anna is responsible for creating friendly offices for corporate clients, and represents the company in various organizations on behalf of the Board. Being involved in volunteering - Anna is looking forward to the 28th Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity. The mother of Mikołaj, Hania and Marysia, Anna is a keen allotment gardener and caravanning enthusiast. She is full of energy, and always ever present at authentic jazz classes. After the Christmas Eve meal, during which the obligatory stuffed fish reigns supreme, she always takes her dog for a walk.

Tomasz Trzósło

Managing Director CEE

Tomasz joined the JLL team 22 years ago as a student from the Kraków University of Economics. He can say with a certain degree of confidence that he is half Krakowian, half Warsowian, and most recently a Spaniard from Majorca, although he is not doing so well with the language at the moment. 30 years ago he was a vocalist in a blues band, with which - as Tomek constantly insists - a worldwide career was only denied by Lady Luck. Being a middle-aged man, he has changed the way he spends his free time and now occasionally jogs, rides a bike or goes hiking in the mountains. He is a man with inexhaustible energy and a specific sense of humor ;). He always spends Christmas Eve with his family in a Małopolska village, where they prepare for the holiday festivities together.

Jakub Sylwestrowicz

Head of Tenant Representation

Jakub has 13 years' experience in the office real estate industry. In his private life, he likes to travel with his family, during which time he likes to explain the complexity of the world in a simple way to his children. While reading fairy tales to them, he is always the first to laugh (they usually laugh at him!) He loves reportages and listening to music at full volume. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics. During Christmas Eve, the table at Jakub's home never lacks an additional place setting.

Anna Wysocka

Head of Retail Agency

Anna started her career at JLL 21 years ago, as a student. Currently, she manages a team of 11 experts in retail space leasing in Poland. She loves working in the garden and is a cat enthusiast. Privately, she is mother to Antek and Franek. She values privacy above all and likes skiing and not-so-far off journeys. During Christmas Eve, she always prepares dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, as well as three different herring dishes.

Agata Sekuła

Head of Retail Investment CEE

Agata started her JLL adventure 21 years ago. She is involved in the buying and selling of shopping centres on a daily basis. Today, she is one of the most valued experts specializing in the retail real estate market and a member of the company's Management Board. Although constantly on the go, she is always smiling. Agata loves travelling and wine. A year ago in Spain, she even co-created her own brand! She likes to read books and is interested in art, with her favorite young artist being Jan Bajtlik. Every year, late in the evening, Agata organizes a second Christmas Eve dinner for her friends.

Mateusz Polkowski

Head of Research & Consulting CEE

His geographical scope of responsibilities has been extended recently to include the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Some people say that he has a great sense of humor. He likes fast cars - and he has a few on the shelf in his apartment. His household duties include taking out the garbage and cooking, which he loves even though, when he was little, he only ate potatoes during Christmas Eve dinner. Currently, he enjoys each and every dish, even salmon tartar, which he usually prepares himself. He likes history and is a fan of tanks. He loves Warsaw.

Tomasz Olszewski

Head of Industrial Agency CEE

Tomasz is referred to as “Father” by his team. He coordinates activities in the field of warehouse and industrial space consultancy in the CEE region. Tomek has 24 years' experience in the commercial real estate industry. He graduated from law at the University of Warsaw. He is an excellent speaker and organizer. Away from work, he is the proud father of Zuzia and Franek, a future player for the Polish football national team. He usually spends Christmas on the slopes with his family and friends.

Tomasz Mika

Head of Industrial Agency

Responsible for the team engaged in consultancy on the warehouse and industrial real estate market in Poland. A man of good advice, always smiling and willing to help. Tomasz is curious about the world and focuses on personal development, which is reflected in the majority of the books that he reads. He divides his time outside of work between his family (wife and teenage son Maciek) and sport (he takes part in triathlon competitions all over the world). Every year, he spends Christmas Eve in his beloved city of Kraków.

Katarzyna Krokosińska

Head of Wrocław Office

She runs JLL's Wrocław office with great success. A woman with inexhaustible energy and a good company spirit. In her private life, she is the mother of Julia, and an enthusiast of Italian cuisine, and literature. Her favorite read is “The Jungle Book”. Kasia's Christmas Eve menu must include a herring salad.

Ida Stankiewicz

Director at Tenant Representation Department

In JLL, Ida is responsible for representing large local companies and corporations in the office space leasing process. This year she celebrates her 13th year working for JLL. Privately, she is the mother of Roch, an author of books and poems, and Bruno, who wants to become a ninja warrior in the future. Ida is a true "handy woman", who likes carpentry and all kinds of handicrafts. She rides a motorcycle and loves costume balls. She has a lot of positive energy, which has proven to be infectious amongst others! Her favourite dish on the Christmas Eve table is fish stuffed with tartar sauce.
