Eltel Networks Poland SA, a company with Scandinavian roots, specializing in services for network infrastructure in the areas of power and telecommunication, has launched its shared services centre in Gdańsk. The company selected Tryton Business House as its office location. Experts from JLL represented Eltel Networks Polska during the processes of selecting space and negotiation of lease terms.

The centre provides services in the areas of finances, human resources and procurement for Eltel units worldwide. It will employ 80 specialists and experts.

We selected Gdańsk due to its developed labour market, including qualified staff, proximity and quick communication with Scandinavia (where our company is based) as well as the city's experience in co-operating with companies from the SSC/BPO sector.”

Tryton Business House was delivered to market in H1 2016. The project offers approx. 22,000 sq m of modern office space of the highest quality. Furthermore, it is also distinguished by its location – on the crossroads of Jana z Kolna and Wałów Piastowskich Streets, in close proximity to the city centre, and well-served by public transportation. The project was recognized with BREEAM certification.
