Technopark Gliwice

Building description

Since June 2008, Technopark Gliwice has made over 2,000 m2 of space available to entrepreneurs operating in the field of advanced technologies. During its operation, 60 companies were associated with the park and used its office and workshop infrastructure. More than 1/3 of the companies operated on the principles prepared for companies in the initial (incubation) phase. The park's activities resulted in the institution receiving many awards of national importance. The most important ones include the title for "Innovative Company 2008", "Innovative Project 2009", "Regional Leader of Innovation and Development 2010", "Business Partner 2010", "Best local government company in Poland in 2011" as well as the silver emblem in the QI category SERVICES in the Quality International Highest Quality 2012 program. The culmination of the recognition of "Technopark Gliwice" on the national arena was the award for Professor Jan Kosmol in the category "Person supporting academic entrepreneurship" awarded by the AIP of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
