Building description

The Rondo Business Park is a modern office development with retail and services, comprising around 17 800 m2 of space, completed in two stages. The first stage of development consist of two buildings (3 and 14-storey high) that entered the market in 2007. Another 5-storey building was presented in 2008. The office buildings in a complex are set apart by their unusual architecture that combines glass, stone and aluminium. The office space in Rondo Business Park is equipped with suspended ceilings, air conditioning, modern building management and telecommunication systems and professional security. The project includes a self-service cafeteria, a medical center as well as 270 parking lots in underground garage and 220 surface parking lots available outside the building.

The complex is located in north-eastern part of the Kraków city, at the junction of the Lublańska and Bora Komorowskiego streets - one of the city’s main transport arteries (leading in a straight line to the Kraków ring road and A4 motorway), in close proximity to the Polsad Roundabout. The superbly developed public transport system in the area facilitates quick travelling in any direction. The good location of the complex enables an easy access to the city centre and to the main railway station, while it takes only a dozen or so minutes to reach the Balice airport. The new tram line, which will link the centre of Kraków with the district of Nowa Huta, is also being constructed in the immediate area. The vicinity of the office park is also home to popular shopping and leisure facilities, including: Krokus Shopping Centre, Aqua Park and a multiplex cinema.
