Buildings D and E represent the next stage of the project DOT Office, which will be offering in total more than 19 000 sq m of office space. Buildings will have five above-ground storeys and one underground. What is more, office complex is designed basing on energy saving technologies, with the use of intelligent monitoring systems to monitor and control the functioning of the building. For future tenants DOT Office offers more than 500 parking lots, both surface and underground.
The complex DOT Office is located at Czerwone Maki Street, in a quiet and green neighborhood. In a distance of about 4 km from the site, there is A4 motorway, the Kraków's ring road, which considerably facilitates road communication within the city itself, as well as to exit routes from Kraków towards Katowice, Warsaw, Wrocław, Rzeszów, and Kraków-Balice airport. The area features high scientific and innovation development potential, being home to a number of research centers of the Jagiellonian University and independent business establishments.
