The construction work on City One, first out of the two buildings comprising the office complex City Forum, situated at the junction of Traugutta and Pułaskiego Streets in Wrocław, has started. The area of the building will be 12 000 sq m with 24 000 sq m planned in total, and the building will be commissioned at the end of 2018.
Between the buildings of the complex, which will be connected, there will be a passageway with greenery and a relaxation area, and the ground floors will host business premises. There will also be 280 parking spots and cycling infrastructure available.
City Forum has been designed by Dorota and Kazimierz Środka's architectonic studio, and Archicom is the general contractor. The complex is to launch the process of obtaining a LEED certificate.
