City 1, the first phase of City Forum, an office complex rising at the intersection of Pułaskiego and Trauguttta Streets in Wrocław, has reached the highest construction point. Installation and finishing works inside of the building are currently undergoing on the first underground storey. Installation of the facade has begun as well.
The building, which it is estimated to be commissioned in the 2nd half of 2019, will deliver approx. 12,000 sqm of A class office space for lease. The second stage of the project, City 2, will double the office space offered by the complex in March 2020.
