WAVE office building in Gdansk received the WELL Core & Shell certificate at the Gold level. It is the first building in the Tri-City that has received such a certificate. In the certification process, more than 100 features of the building were assessed. Particular attention was paid to the comfort and well-being of people inside the building.
WAVE is the modern skyscraper located in Gdansk's business district – Oliwa. The building offers almost 25,000 sqm of office space. The WELL Core & Shell certificate is not the only one awarded to the office building. The building can also boast of LEED Core & Shell certificate on the Platinum level and WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate.
It is also worth mentioning that City Hub, a place for shared mobility, was recently launched right next to the WAVE office building. At City Hub you can rent electric scooters and cars.
