Gdańsk Wave office building has received a use permit. The building is located in the Oliwa district on Aleja Grunwaldzka - the city's main thoroughfare. Wave is a modern A-class office investment offering over 24,000 sq m on 14 floors above ground.

It is worth noting that Wave will be the first office building in the Tri-City to apply for a green WELL certificate.
