Warsaw Spire, developed by Ghelamco, won in the category "Architectural design of the year, Poland" in Eurobuild Awards competition. Warsaw Spire - the highest skyscraper in Poland will be situated at the intersection of Okopowa and Grzybowska Streets and will be composed of two 55-meters high buildings and 220-meters high tower.
Warsaw Spire will offer approximately 95 700 sqm of modern office space for lease. The complex is currently under construction, and completion is scheduled for Q1 2014. The skyscraper has been designed by M. amp; JM. Jaspers-Eyers amp; Partners architectural studio.
