The Warsaw Spire office complex being built by Ghelamco Poland has signed up its first tenant: Frontex, the European Agency for the Management of Operational Cooperation at the External Borders of the Member States of the European Union. Frontex has leased approximately 14 600 sq m of office space in building B. The lease contract is for 10 years. The Warsaw Spire will be an office complex that will be composed of a 220 meters high tower and two adjacent 55 meters high buildings (B and C), providing a total of about 100,000 sq m of office space.
