A Warsaw office building has reached its target height. A symbolic topping out has been hung at the highest point of the VIBE building block, marking the completion of construction work.
At the junction of Towarowa and Kolejowa Streets, the first office building with musical DNA is under construction, which will provide over 15,000 sqm of modern office space. The hallmark of the building will be a composed soundtrack that will resound through its interiors.
The design of the façade will refer to Wola's industrial past and architecture. The project also envisages the creation of a spacious and publicly accessible city square with a walkway and a free-standing gastronomic and culinary pavilion. The facility will have a rich infrastructure for cyclists. An area with lockers and showers will be available to them, as well as a bicycle parking area with stations for repairing unicycles. VIBE will ultimately be powered by 100% clean energy from photovoltaic farms. The sustainable nature of the office building will be confirmed by certifications under the WELL, BREEAM, SmartScore, WIredScore and Green Building Standard schemes.
VIBE has reached 45 metres in height and 12 storeys. Currently, the façade is being installed, masonry work is being carried out on the ground floor and basement and installation work is underway. The planned completion date is Q2 2024.
