The VIBE project will be the first one in Poland to receive a sound identity. The name of the project refers to the energetic and metropolitan atmosphere that will prevail in it. A sound line composed by an acclaimed composer will perfectly complement the unique space for tenants, tuning in to the pace and rhythm of life inside the office building.
Construction of the underground structure of the office building has been completed, and work is currently underway on the second floor above ground. VIBE has been designed in accordance with the ESG strategy, and will eventually be powered by 100% clean energy from photovoltaic farms. The investment will confirm its sustainability with certifications in the WELL, BREEAM, SmartScore, WiredScore and Green Standard Building systems. The musical character of the VIBE complex will be complemented by a green enclave with a publicly accessible city square, shopping arcade and a food area.
The office complex will provide 15,000 sqm of office space in the first phase and will reach a height of 45 meters. The project is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2024.
