The construction of Vector+, a modern office building, which is to rise on Wola in Warsaw, has begun. The company City Level is the investor of the undertaking, while Malbud1 is the general contractor. The building is to be finished at the beginning of 2019.
Vector+, situated on the corner of Prymasa Tysiąclecia Street and Obozowa Street, will offer 13 500 sq m of leasable area, 1 000 sq m of which is to constitute retail space. Additionally, the tenants will be able to use 191 parking spaces and a bicycle parking. The convenient location of the building - near the SKM train station and the second metro line - makes the building even more appealing.
