Construction works on the underground passage connecting the new SKYSAWA office building with the Rondo ONZ metro station have just been completed. The investment is situated under the sidewalk at the intersection of Świętokrzystka Street and Jana Pawła II Avenue. The passageway, along with retail and service points, will be open for the tenants of the project as well as the city's residents.
The surface area is currently being restored to the state it was before the works began. The only remaining works are installation and finishing works conducted from the underground level. The passageway will be ready for use together with the occupancy permit for the first building.
The SKYSAWA A is an A-class office building, located in the very center of the city and providing more than 9, 000 sqm of office space. The building will consist of 10 above-ground and 3 underground floors. The planned commissioning date is Q3 2021. Moreover, the office building is also BREEAM certified at the outstanding level.
