Site preparation works for the construction of the underground connection of the SKYSAWA office building with the Rondo ONZ metro station have commenced. SKYSAWA will be one of the first office projects with direct metro access. The underground passage to the second metro line will be possible by building a corridor from level -2 of the SKYSAWA A building. The connection with the metro station will run at the intersection of Świętokrzyska Steet and John Paul II Avenue. The construction of the passage will last until the end of the year.
SKYSAWA flagship investment will be designed from the highest quality materials, whereas its sustainable construction process aims at reducing waste and minimizing the carbon footprint.
The lower SKYSAWA A office building has already been awarded the BREEAM certificate at the highest Outstanding level at the construction stage.
