Topping out was conducted on Officyna in Wrzeszcz district in Gdańsk.
The office building has 4,500 sqm of space, which are consist of 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, where are 20 parking spaces. 900 sqm of space in the ground floor will be designed as the service space and it will have two entrance: one from the street, another one from the lobby. The rest of the building will be office spaces. On the last floor of Officyna will be located green terrace.
In August it is planned to obtain a use permit.
