The first phase of the Officyna building in Gdańsk have just received usage permit. The building, at Grunwaldzka Avenue provides 5,000 sqm of leasable area, including 4,200 sqm of office area. This four-storey cameral office building stands out not only with its modern design but also its terrace at 4th floor.
For tenants disposal there are dozens of parking spots for cars and bicycles. Officyna also has green certificate – LEED on the “Gold” level
