The maximum height has been reached in recent days by the modern building Mogilska 43 Office in Krakow.
A 9-storey office building located in the capital of Lesser Poland will offer tenants almost 12 000 sqm of rentable area as well as over 200 underground parking spaces. A considerable convenience for future employees will also be numerous balconies and green terraces.
The building meets the highest environmental standards, which is confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the "very good" level. The investment is to be commissioned at the end of the first quarter of 2019.
