Two more buildings constructed by the same developer have received prestigious certificates confirming the investor's commitment to ensuring the health safety of the buildings' tenants and guests. The WELL Health & Safety Rating and BREEAM In-Use at 'Excellent' level have been awarded to the Mogilska 43 building in Kraków and Ogrodowa Office building in Łódź.
Both buildings have already received awards for efficient use of electricity, use of renewable energy sources, and CO2 reduction. Their main goal is to minimize the costs generated by the building and reduce the negative impact on the environment.
The developer assures that it will apply for the above certificates for all its buildings.
