The construction of Wroclaw's Infinity office building has reached a key milestone. The topping-out ceremony symbolises the completion of construction works of the 7-storey A-class building. Installation and finishing works are currently underway, and the first parts of the glass facade have already appeared on the building. The office building will offer exactly 18,727 sqm of office space and 1,561 sqm of retail space. In addition, its three-level underground garage will have 311 car parking slots as well as some charging stations for electric cars. For cyclists, there will be 120 bicycle stands with changing rooms and showers.
The building will have a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level and a WELL Health-Safety certificate demonstrating the high standards of safety procedures. The project owner anticipates that the process of introducing the first tenants to Infinity will begin in the second quarter of 2023.
The building's exclusive leasing agent is JLL.
