Wrocław's Infinity office building has obtained the final occupancy permit. All activities in the project, which is located at 16 Legnicka Street, are being carried out in accordance with ESG criteria to ensure its low carbon footprint and minimise an impact on the environment.
Infinity offers almost 19,000 sqm of office space and 1,500 sqm of service areas. The building is designed with a 3-level underground car park with 311 parking spaces and 128 bicycle stands in an enclosed area with changing rooms and showers. The office building uses state-of-the-art technology such as an innovative tenant service platform, touchless solutions and high-quality air filters to ensure the safety and comfort of its tenants. Open terraces were created on the roof with elements of small architecture and greenery. The building's distinctive massing refers to the infinity sign.
